Step 1: Choice of Course
Students are advised to choose the level they wish to pursue. They can get more information from the local agents.
Step 2: Submit Registration Form and Educerts
Registration forms are obtainable from the local agent. Students are required to fill in the registration form and submit to the agent together with all the education certificates and transcripts for evaluation.
Step 3: Letter of Acceptance by Kingston
Letter of Acceptance together with the Invoice stating full course fees will be issued to the student via their local agents upon approval on the course which he/she has applied.
Step 4: Processing of Student’s Application
Students are advised to pay the non-refundable registration and admin fee of S$700 via Telegraphic Transfer, Bank Draft, Cheque or Cash.
Bank draft or cheque is to be made payable to "KINGSTON INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE LTD" and crossed ‘A/C payee only’

Step 5: Student Pass Application
ICA takes 3 to 6 weeks to process the Student Pass Application (with a complete set of certified documents)
The following are the required documents for Student Pass Application:
- 2 copies of ICA Form 16
- 2 copies of ICA Form V36
- Birth Certificate (Inclusive of Birth Certificate Serial No.)
- Highest Educational Certificates and Transcripts (inclusive of Certificate Serial No & DD/MM/YY of graduation)
- Second Highest Educational Certificates and Transcripts (inclusive of Certificate Serial No & DD/MM/YY of graduation)
- Bank Statement
- 6 recent passport size photographs
Step 6: Student Pass Status
Kingston will notify the student via the agent on the outcome of the student pass application. If approved, a copy of the Student Pass Approval Letter, together with Entry Visa will be sent to the student via the agent.
Student can make their travel arrangement once he/she receives the Entry Visa.
Please note that student must produce all the original copies of their documents to ICA for verification when collecting the student’s pass.
Step 7: Upon arrival
Every student is required to report to Kingston the next working day upon arrival for:
- Making payment
- Placement Test
- Orientation
- Medical check-up (if applicable)
