Academic Board
The Academic Board of Kingston International School comprises the following members:-
- Dr Chong-Loke Har Tshin (Phd of Education, Masters in Education, Bachelor of Education, Diploma in Education, Master of Librarianship, Bachelor of Arts with Honours)
- Mr Lim Chi Yan (B.Sc, Dip in Education, Further Dip in Education)
- Mr Goh Chin Hong (M. Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Comp. Sci and Info. Sys. Hons)
The Academic Board is responsible for the following areas in Kingston:
- Development of policies and procedures to ensure academic quality
- Implementation academic policies and procedures
- Facilitating the compliance of the policies and procedure developed
- Approving the deployment of teachers
- Review and improve policies concerning course entry, course content, duration of modules or subjects as well as assessment of students, teacher requirements & advice for improvement
Examination Board
The Examination Board of Kingston International School comprises the following members:-

The Examination Board will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the security of examinations, assessment and answer scripts
- Ensuring the proper conduct of examinations and assessments
- Defining and ensuring the proper discharge of duties and responsibilities of invigilators and markers
- Conduct moderation of examination and assessment marks
- Handle appeals from students with regard to examination or assessment matters
