Preparatory Course for Admission to Government Schools
The objective of the course is to prepare international students to excel at the Admission Exercise for International Students (AEIS) examination conducted by the Ministry of Education (MOE) in Singapore. AEIS is a centralised admissions exercise conducted by MOE around September-October each year for international students who wish to join Singapore government public and secondary schools in January each year.
At Kingston International School, we offer the following FIVE (5) courses that caters to students from different background who wishes to enter the different levels in the government primary and secondary schools.

Course Information
Each preparatory course share the following similar characteristics:
Mode of Teaching
Every course are conducted using classroom based instruction with a strong facilitation element that allows differentiated teaching and learning to take place. This ensures that the individual needs of each students are addressed.
Teacher-Student Ratio
Every course will have a maximum teacher student ratio of 1:20. This means that at any point of time, a teacher can only be allowed to teach a class of not more than 20 students.

Duration of Course
Every course will be completed within TWENTY-FOUR (24) teaching weeks from its commencement date.
Commencement Date
Every course will commence in April/May and should be completed by September/October of every year. The specific dates will be announced for 2012 in due course.
