Student Contract

1.      The student must only be allowed to make fee payment after the signing of the Student Contract.

2.      The content of ‘Advisory Note to Students’ must be given and explained to each student. Assistance will be given to the student by way explaining the advisory note in their native language where feasible so as to bring to the student’s attention the details of the Standard PEI-Student Contract.

3.      The student must fully understand the content of the Standard PEI-Student Contract and their rights before signing the Contract. Each contract is valid only for admission to one course.

4.      The School is to use the Standard PEI-Student Contract as provided by the CPE.

5.      In the event of there being any inconsistency between the terms of the Standard PEI-Student Contract and the terms of any other agreement (oral or written) entered into between the School and the Student either before or after entering of the Standard PEI-Student Contract, the terms of the Standard PEI-Student Contract shall prevail and the terms of such other agreement shall be deemed to be amended to the extent necessary for it to be read as being consistent with the Standard PEI-Student Contract. 

6.      No amendments are allowed to the Standard PEI-Student Contract.

7.      Every Contract is valid only for the admission to one course.

8.      There is a cooling-off period of seven 7 calendar days after signing the Student Contract, in which period the student can request for withdrawal and a full refund.

9.      A new contract must be signed for an approved transfer to take place.
