Mr. Sia Chao Cong is the director of WTS Travel & Tours Pte Ltd. The company was incorporated in 1989 with the license from the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) to operate as a travel agent, school tour and motor coach operator and is also an active member of the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS).

WTS Travel & Tours Pte Ltd has since accumulated over more than a decade of experience and excellent track records in handling GIT (Group Incentive Tours) and meetings, conventions, conferences, exhibition packages and educational school tours and transfers. Mr. Sia Hwan Shih is the Director of Woodlands Transport Service (WTS) Pte Ltd, one of the largest private transport fleets in Singapore today. The company was incorporated in Singapore in 1981. With over 1200 vehicles on the roads daily, WTS is constantly driving towards providing customers with the best in efficiency, comfort and safety. There are 7 subsidiaries and 9 associate companies under WTS. Mr. Sia Hwan Shih holds directorship positions in about 6 other companies; K Dynamic Trading Pte Ltd, WTS Logistics & Trading Pte Ltd, Kingston International College and SLB Holdings Pte Ltd.

Woodlands Transport had its humble beginnings as a bus transport partnership in 1974. Today they have a fleet that includes tour coaches, lorry cranes, prime movers, trailers, concrete mixer trucks, cement tankers, tipper trucks and more.
